For Safe Shoots

The spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, which causes COVID-19, has led governments to take drastic actions, It is incredibly important that we all do our part during this time.

As photographers and filmmakers ourselves, we want to make sure that there are some key guidelines out there to help prevent the spread of the virus and keep everyone healthy and happy. 

The following are the Covid-19 policies, and protocols in place in our studio.

These protocols are for everyone’s safety & these would need to be followed in order to schedule and do a shoot. No exceptions whatsoever would be made. Keeping everyone’s safety as priority, shoots will be cancelled should any of these are violated.

 COVID-19 POLICY FOR PHOTO SHOOTS AT OUR STUDIO

  • Babies and their parents are only allowed at the studio.
  • Requested not to bring Extended Family members, Helpers, Friends along, to keep the studio with minimum number of people as much as possible during shoot.
  • Temperature is checked on arrival at the studio. If your body temperature is over 98.9 unfortunately, we will not be able to proceed with your scheduled shoot.
  • If anyone from the family feels unwell or has COVID-19 symptoms, consider canceling or rescheduling the session to avoid putting yourself or anyone else at risk.
  • No one is permitted in the studio if they or someone in their household is even remotely sick (colds, headache etc.)
  • Footwear shall be removed outside the studio. We will provide you with disposable shoe cover.
  • Social distancing is mandatorily, a safe physical distance is maintained as much as possible throughout the session.
  • Refreshments won’t be served in the studio because of the current situation. 
  • No outside food is allowed inside the studio, except Baby milk & Child Snacks. Maternity Client and Feeding mothers can bring their own snacks and water bottles.
  • All the consultation on the Photo session will be done over the phone only.
  • We are not shooting in public parks/ places currently.
  • Avoid handling or touching anything in the studio during the photo session which is not necessary.
  • Sanitizing yourself is necessary before having a look at our product collection.
  • Face coverings/masks are required in our studio at all times. We will provide you with a new clinical mask if you are not carrying with you.
  • We keep a minimum of 24 hours of difference between the shoots. 
  • All the props and the studio is sanitized before and after each session.
  • Our staff follows all the sanitization procedures, like wearing masks and washing hands regularly with soap and water.
  • AC will be off at all times and room temperature is maintained throughout the shoot.
